1. Return Request Period
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any issue.
- Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
- ✅ Damaged or Defective: Must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the defect.
- ✅ Missing Items: Report within 48 hours with an unboxing video of the package contents.
- ✅ Wrong Product: Share photos or unboxing video as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/customized products.
- Products marked non-returnable or final sale.
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, cosmetics).
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective/damaged.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
5. Refunds
- Processed only for defective, missing, or incorrect products (with proof).
- Refunds issued to the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Timeline: within 7 working days after return approval.
