1. Returns and Refunds for Customers

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Our return and refund process is designed to handle genuine product-related issues efficiently.


2. Return Request Period

  • 48-Hour Return Window: To help us properly assess any issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must provide a clear unedited unboxing video showing the issue.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product condition.
  • This request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

β€’ Missing Items

  • If any item is missing from the order, a clear unboxing video showing the full package contents is required.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.
  • If confirmed and the missing item cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).

β€’ Incorrect Product Delivered

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
  • If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only for eligible return requests under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products – Once the issue is verified through the required unboxing video, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the nature of the issue and our review.
  • Missing Items – If we are unable to fulfill the missing item(s), we will issue a refund for the missing product(s).
  • Incorrect Product Delivered – If confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and the return condition.

5. Return Shipping

  • For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item related cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup, subject to service availability.
  • In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the item back using a reliable courier service with tracking.
  • For other approved returns (if applicable), return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and components included.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received (if applicable) and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 working days after approval.

Important: Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned (where applicable) in an unused, undamaged, and original condition, along with the original packaging.


7. Important Return Conditions

  • UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY for all claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, damage after delivery, tampering, or missing packaging/accessories.

8. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., artificial earrings, cosmetics)

9. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect products, subject to product availability.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.


10. Cancellation & Non-Delivery

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • If the order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, customers may request cancellation and receive a full refund.
  • Refunds for undelivered orders are generally processed within 5–7 working days.

11. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of fraudulent claims, misuse of the return policy, or abusive behavior toward our staff.
