1. Return Request Period

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any issue.
• Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

• ✅ Damaged or Defective: Must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the defect.
• ✅ Missing Items: Report within 48 hours with an unboxing video of the package contents.
• ✅ Wrong Product: Share photos or unboxing video as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized products.
• Products marked non-returnable or final sale.
• Used, washed, or altered items.
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, cosmetics).

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective/damaged.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

5. Refunds

• Processed only for defective, missing, or incorrect products (with proof).
• Refunds issued to the original payment method or bank transfer.
• Timeline: within 7 working days after return approval.
